MORRISTOWN -- Even though the Passaic River Coalition closed on the sale of Willow Hall Thursday to set up its headquarters there, Mayor Donald Cresitello said he's still eyeing the property and will negotiate with the group, or even use eminent domain, to buy the property to turn it into a municipal park.
Two strips of private land east of downtown Angels Camp have city officials en route to the first eminent domain, or land seizing, action that they have taken in years.
